Healthy Recipe - Banana Protein Pudding

  • ½ - 1 Banana
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (or any other desired flavor)
  • 3 TBS Milk
  • 1 TBS of Peanut or Cashew Butter

Combine all ingredients in bowl or blender.
Mix or blend until smooth.
Pour pudding into a small serving bowl and refrigerate for three hours.
Serve cold with whip cream on top.
